Interesting Notes:

Leaves offer green flecking on a gold, maturing to cream background; new growth is pink/bronze-tinged and leaves mature to a green, gold and cream collage. The mature leaves are striking.

False Holly Growing and Maintenance Tips

Transplanted from containers; the Goshiki prefers fertile, moist and well-drained acid soil. Preferably plant in partial shade.

The Goshiki will grow to 3-5' high with a spread of slightly less. That being said the growth rate is slow. The flowers are highly fragrant, but they are for the most part hidden. You know that they are there though by the fragrance.
